“Dan got the point across to the class that Project Management is leadership. He lit a fire within them. You would not have believed all the wonderful things they said about Dan.”

PMP Boot Camp
We are South Carolina's local PMP Prep Course provider that has been delivering face-to-face, hands-on, interactive PMP / CAPM classes since 2005!
The PMP/CAPM Prep Course is a five-day "boot camp" that will prepare an experienced project manager for the PMP exam. If you meet the requirements to sit for the exam (see www.pmi.org for more information), then we can get you ready to pass it!
Our students have experienced a 97% pass rate on their first try at taking the PMP exam!
Unlike other training providers in the state, our classes are taught by local, practicing, senior project managers who are PMP certified. Our instructors are not "trainers", they work full time in the project management profession and are involved in project management challenges every day. The instructors are also very active in the project management community, serving on local PMI chapter boards, state project management committees and boards, and are dedicated to furthering the trade in SC.
Our PMP Prep Course is also the only class that provides you with all of the following study materials at no extra cost!

We have kicked off dozens of projects for businesses and agencies looking to get the team started on the right foot. Often these kickoffs follow a PM 101 class, but we are flexible in our approach and will work with you to develop the best way to introduce project management into your organization.
For ideas and options on kicking off projects right, contact us!
This three day class satisfies the PMI-required classroom contact hours in order to sit for the exam! The class is limited to twelve students due to the interactive, hands-on nature of the class.
A Fun-Troduction to Project Management
This is the workshop that started it all!
This two-day class will introduce staff to project management, and refresh those of us who have been practicing project management for years.
We always have a few PMPs attend each class, and they get several benefits from the course:
So whether you are new to project management or a seasoned professional, you will enjoy attending this interactive and engaging class.
We call the second half of PM 101 "Tool Time!", or, PM 102, because it takes the concepts taught on the first day and allows the students to actually practice using their new tools and techniques on a practice project designed for the class.
For instance, PM 101 introduces the students to the concept of a WBS, while PM 102 has the students create a WBS in small groups for a practice project. PM 101 discusses risk analysis, while PM 102 engages the students in actually creating a risk matrix (with qualitative analysis) on a practice project.
We consider PM 102 to be a practicum for the theories and methods taught in PM 101. Both days are interactive and include lots of activities, group exercises, and discussion.
This class may also be customized for a customer so that the practice exercises are using real projects at the organization, allowing the project team to attend training and leave the class with actual project deliverables.
